Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OutcomeOps LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the RetrieveIt.AI platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

RetrieveIt.AI is a semantic search platform that enables organizations to search across their corporate knowledge sources, including GitHub, Confluence, Slack, Google Drive, Notion, and uploaded documents. The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide relevant search results and document retrieval.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Each subscription includes specific usage limits for queries and storage. Usage is pooled at the organization level, with each seat contributing to the shared monthly allocation. Exceeding query limits will result in service restrictions until the next billing cycle.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use the Service for competitive analysis or to build a competing product
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by OutcomeOps LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (GitHub, Confluence, Slack, Google Drive, Notion, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to each platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services' availability, accuracy, or functionality.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OutcomeOps LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
